PPALSBR复合改性沥青及混合料性能研究 Abstract: Inrecentyears,theapplicationofmodifiedasphaltanditsmixtureshasreceivedwidespreadattentionintheroadconstructionindustry.ThisstudyfocusedonthestudyofPPALSBRcompositemodifiedasphaltanditsmixtureperformance.ThepropertiesofPPALSBRmodifiedasphaltanditsmixturewerestudiedthroughaseriesoflaboratorytests,includingpenetrationtest,softeningpointtest,ductilitytest,dynamicshearrheometertest,andbendingbeamrheometertest.TheresultsindicatedthatPPALSBRmodifiedasphaltanditsmixturehadexcellentperformancewithbetterhigh-temperaturestability,low-temperaturecrackresistance,andimprovedfatigueresistance.Therefore,theapplicationofPPALSBRcompositemodifiedasphaltinroadconstructionishighlyrecommended. Introduction: Asphaltpavementisoneofthemostcommonlyusedmaterialsinroadconstruction.However,duetoitspoorhigh-temperaturestability,low-temperaturecrackresistance,andlowfatigueresistance,theservicelifeofasphaltpavementhasalwaysbeenaconcerninthetransportationindustry.Inrecentyears,theapplicationofmodifiedasphaltanditsmixtureshasreceivedwidespreadattention,whichprovidesasolutiontotheseproblems. Polypropylene(PP)andstyrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS)arecommonlyusedmaterialsformodifyingasphaltduetotheirexcellentperformance.PPcanimprovethehigh-temperaturestabilityofasphalt,whileSBScanimproveitslow-temperatureperformanceandfatigueresistance.Therefore,combiningPPandSBStomodifyasphaltcanachievecomprehensiveimprovementsintheirproperties. Inthisstudy,PPALSBRcompositemodifiedasphaltisusedanditsperformanceisstudiedthroughaseriesoflaboratorytests.ThepurposeofthisstudyistoevaluatetheperformanceofPPALSBRmodifiedasphaltanditsmixtureandprovideatheoreticalbasisforitsapplicationinroadconstruction. Experimental: Materials: Theasphaltusedinthisstudyisabaseasphaltfromalocalrefinery,whichmeetstherequirementsofAC-60.PPandSBSweresuppliedbyalocalplasticscompany,withthefollowingproperties: PP:MFI=20g/10min,density=0.9g/cm3.
