尿路致病性大肠埃希菌Ⅰ型菌毛fimH基因的疫苗对小鼠的免疫保护性研究 摘要 本研究旨在探讨尿路致病性大肠埃希菌Ⅰ型菌毛fimH基因疫苗对小鼠的免疫保护性。研究结果表明，经过免疫后，小鼠的免疫应答明显增强，同时抗体IgG和IgA水平明显升高，表明疫苗可以诱导小鼠产生强有力的免疫应答。而在感染实验中，疫苗组小鼠的感染率、感染程度和细菌数量均显著低于对照组，表明疫苗具有较好的保护作用。本研究结果表明，尿路致病性大肠埃希菌Ⅰ型菌毛fimH基因疫苗具有良好的免疫保护性，为临床尿路感染的预防和治疗提供了新的思路。 关键词：尿路感染，大肠埃希菌，fimH基因，疫苗，免疫保护性 Abstract Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheimmuneprotectiveeffectofthevaccinetargetingthetype1fimbrialadhesionfimHgeneofuropathogenicEscherichiacoli(UPEC)inmice.TheresultsshowedthattheimmunizationsignificantlyenhancedtheimmuneresponseofmiceandincreasedthelevelsofIgGandIgA,indicatingthatthevaccinecouldinduceastrongimmuneresponseinmice.Intheinfectionexperiment,theinfectionrate,severity,andbacterialcountsinthevaccinegroupweresignificantlylowerthaninthecontrolgroup,indicatingthatthevaccinehadabetterprotectiveeffect.TheresultsofthisstudyshowedthatthefimHgenevaccineofUPEChadgoodimmuneprotectionandprovidedanewapproachforthepreventionandtreatmentofurinarytractinfectionsintheclinicalsetting.
