家庭背景对大学生就业取向影响的实证研究——以浙江师范大学为例 Abstract ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheimpactoffamilybackgroundsontheemploymentorientationofcollegestudentsinZhejiangNormalUniversity,acomprehensiveuniversityinChina.Theempiricalresearchisbasedonasurveyof200graduatingstudentsfromdifferentdisciplines.Theresultsindicatethatfamilybackgroundshaveasignificantinfluenceonstudents'employmentorientations,includingtheircareerchoices,jobsearchstrategies,andattitudestowardswork.Thefindingssuggestthatthefamilyplaysacriticalroleinshapingstudents'values,beliefs,andexpectationsaboutworkandlife,andthatinterventionsareneededtopromotesocialequityandequalopportunitiesincareerdevelopment. Introduction Collegegraduationisasignificantturningpointinayoungperson'slife,asitmarksthetransitionfromeducationtoemployment.Thetransitioncanbechallengingformanystudents,astheyhavetomakecriticalchoicesabouttheircareerpaths,jobsearchstrategies,andattitudestowardswork.Somestudentsarefortunateenoughtohavesupportivefamiliesthatcanprovidethemwithemotional,financial,andsocialresourcestohelpthemachievetheircareergoals.However,otherstudentsmaycomefromdisadvantagedfamilybackgrounds,whichcanlimittheiraccesstoopportunitiesandresourcesandaffecttheircareerdevelopment. ZhejiangNormalUniversity(ZJNU)isacomprehensiveuniversitylocatedinJinhua,ZhejiangProvince,China.Theuniversityisknownforitsdiverseacademicprograms,anditattractsstudentsfromdifferentsocioeconomicbackgrounds.ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheimpactoffamilybackgroundsontheemploymentorientationofcollegestudentsinZJNU.Thestudyseekstoanswerthefollowingresearchquestions: 1.Howdofamilybackgroundsinfluencestudents'careerchoices? 2.Howdofamilybackgroundsaffectstudents'jobsearchstrategies? 3.Howdofamilybackgroundsshapestudents'attitudestowardswork?
