复杂网络抗毁性建模优化及其评估技术研究 Abstract Complexnetworksarevulnerabletorandomfailuresandintentionalattacks,whichcanhavesignificantconsequencesinmanyfields,includingtransportation,communication,andsocialinteractions.Therefore,networkresilienceisacrucialconcernfornetworkdesignersandoperators.Inthispaper,weinvestigatethemodelingandoptimizationofnetworkresilienceagainstdamageandproposeanevaluationframeworktoassesstheeffectivenessofresiliencestrategies.Wefirstreviewtheexistingresearchonnetworkresilienceandthevariousmetricsusedtoevaluateit.Then,weproposeanoptimizationmodelthatconsidersboththecostofimplementingresiliencestrategiesandthepotentiallossfromnetworkfailure.Weuseahybridgeneticalgorithmtosolvethismodel,andwecompareitwithotherheuristicalgorithmscommonlyusedforthistask.Finally,wepresentacomprehensiveevaluationframeworkthatincludesperformancemetricssuchasnetworkconnectivity,pathrobustness,andinformationflow,aswellasscenarioanalysistomeasuretheresilienceofthenetworkagainstdifferenttypesoffailure.Ourresultsshowthatouroptimizationmodelcaneffectivelyimprovetheresilienceofthenetworkwhileminimizingthecostofimplementingresiliencestrategies,andourevaluationframeworkprovidesacomprehensiveandobjectivemeansofassessingnetworkresilience.
