复杂背景下运动汽车跟踪算法研究 Abstract Inrecentyears,thetrackingofmovingvehiclesincomplexbackgroundhasattractedmuchattentioninthefieldofcomputervisionandautonomousdriving.Thispaperprovidesacomprehensivereviewofexistingtrackingalgorithmsandproposesanimprovedalgorithmthatcaneffectivelytrackmovingvehiclesincomplexbackgrounds.Theproposedalgorithmcombinesbackgroundsubtraction,objectdetection,andKalmanfiltertoachieveaccurateandefficientvehicletracking.Experimentalresultsdemonstratethattheproposedalgorithmoutperformsexistingalgorithmsintermsofaccuracyandrobustness. Introduction Vehicletrackingisacrucialtaskinthefieldofautonomousdriving,videosurveillance,andtrafficanalysis.Inrecentyears,withtherapiddevelopmentofcomputervisionandmachinelearning,thestudyofvehicletrackinghasgainedincreasingattention.However,trackingmovingvehiclesincomplexbackgroundsisstillachallengingproblemduetovariousfactorssuchasilluminationchanges,occlusions,andcomplexmotionpatterns. Toaddressthischallenge,variousalgorithmshavebeenproposed,includingfeature-basedtracking,appearance-basedtracking,andobjectdetection-basedtracking.However,thesemethodshavetheirlimitationsandarenotrobustenoughtohandlecomplexscenarios.Therefore,inthispaper,weproposeanovelvehicletrackingalgorithmthatcombinesbackgroundsubtraction,objectdetection,andKalmanfiltertoachieveaccurateandefficienttrackingincomplexbackgrounds. RelatedWork Feature-basedtrackingalgorithmshavebeenwidelyusedinvehicletrackingtasks.Thesealgorithmsextractkeypointsorfeaturesfromtheimagesandtrackthemovementsofvehiclesbasedonthechangesoffeatures.However,thesealgorithmsaresensitivetochangesinillumination,occlusions,andthecomplexityofmotion. Appearance-basedtrackingalgorithmsutilizetheappearanceofvehiclestotracktheirmovements.Thesealgorithmsextractthevisualappearanceofvehiclesfromthebackgroundandtrackthemwithatemplatematchingtechnique.However,thismethodisalsosensitivetochangesinappearanceduetoilluminationchangesorocclusions.
