基于颜色和形状特征的图像检索 摘要 图像检索已经成为图像处理领域的一个热门研究方向。在实际应用中,准确地检索图像可以提高工作效率和决策精度。本文提出了一种基于颜色和形状特征的图像检索方法,通过将输入图像与数据库中相似图像进行比较,找到最匹配的图像。本方法使用颜色直方图和形状描述符来表示图像的特征。通过实验测试,证明了本方法的有效性和准确性。 关键词:图像检索、颜色特征、形状特征、颜色直方图、形状描述符 Introduction Withtherapiddevelopmentofdigitalization,theamountofimagedatahasexplodedinthepastfewdecades.Aneffectiveandefficientimageretrievalmethodhasbecomeimperativeforimageprocessingandanalysis.Imageretrievalaimstofindthesimilarimage(s)inthedatabaseforagivenqueryimage.Therearevariousmethodstoachievethisobjective,includingtext-basedsearch,content-basedsearch,andhybridapproach.Amongthem,content-basedimageretrieval(CBIR)methodshavebeenthefocusofcurrentresearchsincetheyaremoreappropriateforimageswithouttextualinformation. Inthispaper,weproposeacolorandshape-basedimageretrievalmethod.Theproposedmethodrepresentstheimagefeaturewithcolorhistogramandshapedescriptor.Experimentshavebeenconductedtoverifytheproposedmethod'seffectivenessandaccuracy. [image-1] Figure1.Flowchartoftheproposedmethod. 1.ImagePreprocessing Theinputimageisfirstresizedtoastandardsizetoeliminatetheeffectofdifferentimagesizesonimageretrieval.Then,weconverttheimagefromRGBcolorspacetotheHSIcolorspace,whichismoresuitableforcoloranalysis. 2.FeatureExtraction 2.1ColorFeatureExtraction Weextractthecolorfeaturebyconstructingthecolorhistogram.Thecolorhistogramrepresentsthedistributionofimagepixelsinthecolorspace.Inourapproach,wedividetheHSIcolorspaceintoseveralbinsandcountthenumberofpixelsineachbin.Figure2showsthecolorhistogramofanexampleimage.
