基于ICT机理的反应型荧光探针 Abstract Fluorescenceprobesplayanimportantroleinthefieldofsensingandimagingofbiologicalsystems.Withthedevelopmentofinformationandcommunicationtechnology(ICT),themechanismoffluorescencesensinghasbeengreatlyimproved.Inthispaper,weprovideanoverviewofthemechanismoffluorescencesensingandthedevelopmentoffluorescenceprobesbasedonICTprinciples.Wealsointroducesomeexamplesofreaction-basedfluorescenceprobesandtheirapplicationsindifferentfields.Theresultsshowthatreaction-basedfluorescenceprobescanprovidehighsensitivityandselectivityforvariousbiomoleculesandcellularprocesses,andhavegreatpotentialforbiologicaldiagnosisanddrugdiscovery. Introduction Fluorescenceprobeshavebeenwidelyusedinbiomedicalresearchandclinicaldiagnosisduetotheirhighsensitivity,selectivity,andnon-invasiveimagingcapabilities.Typically,afluorescenceprobeconsistsofafluorescentmoleculeandarecognitionorsignallingunit,whichcaninteractwiththetargetanalyteandgeneratefluorescencesignal.Themechanismoffluorescencesensinginvolvestheinteractionbetweentheprobeandthetargetmolecule,whichmaycausechangesinthefluorescentpropertiesoftheprobe,suchasquantumyield,fluorescencelifetimeoremissionspectrum.Thechangesinfluorescencecanbemeasuredtodetectandquantifythetargetmolecule. WiththedevelopmentofICT,newfluorescentmaterials,imagingtechnologiesanddataprocessingtoolshaveemerged,whichenablemoreefficientandaccuratefluorescencesensing.TheICT-basedfluorescenceprobescannotonlydetectawiderrangeofanalytes,butalsoprovidereal-timeandinvivomonitoringofbiologicalprocesses.Inthispaper,wewillreviewthedevelopmentoffluorescenceprobesbasedonICTprinciples,withafocusonthereaction-basedfluorescenceprobesandtheirapplications.
