基于EPIC标记同域分布猕猴桃属植物的杂交渐渗研究 Introduction Hybridizationisacommonphenomenonintheplantkingdom,anditcanhaveimportantecologicalandevolutionaryconsequences.Inrecentyears,therehasbeengrowinginterestinthestudyofhybridizationanditseffectsonplantpopulationsandcommunities.TheEPIC(Esterase-PolyacrylamideGelElectrophoresisinCombinationwithIsozymeAnalysis)techniquehasbeenwidelyusedasamolecularmarkerforstudyinggeneticvariationandhybridizationinplantpopulations.Inthisstudy,weusedtheEPICtechniquetoinvestigatethehybridizationandintrogressionpatternsinthekiwifruitgenus(Actinidia).
