四株海洋真菌次生代谢产物及其生物活性研究 摘要 海洋真菌是一种广泛分布于海洋环境中的真菌,具有丰富的次生代谢产物和潜在的药物应用价值。本文选取了四株海洋真菌,对其次生代谢产物及其生物活性进行了研究。实验结果表明,选择的四株真菌中均有多种次生代谢产物,并具有多种生物活性,包括抗氧化、抗菌、抗肿瘤等。其中,蓝长喙菌和银树霉分别分离出了被广泛关注的海洋真菌次生代谢产物多已醇和抑菌醇,这些化合物具有很强的抗氧化和抗菌活性,并具有潜在的药物应用价值。这些结果表明,海洋真菌产生的次生代谢产物具有重要的生物活性和药物应用潜力,值得深入研究和开发。 关键词:海洋真菌;次生代谢产物;生物活性;药物应用 Introduction Marinefungiareawidelydistributedgroupoffungithatinhabitthemarineenvironment,includingdeepseasediments,mangroveforests,andcoralreefs.Duetotheuniqueecologicalenvironment,theyhavedevelopedarichsecondarymetabolitesandexhibitedvariousbiologicalactivities,suchasantioxidant,antibacterial,antitumor,andanti-inflammatoryactivities.Thesesecondarymetaboliteshavereceivedgreatattentionbecauseoftheirpotentialapplicationsinthepharmaceutical,agricultural,andbiologicalindustries. Inthisstudy,fourmarinefungiwereselectedtoinvestigatetheirsecondarymetabolitesandbiologicalactivities.Theobjectiveofthisstudyistoexplorethepotentialofmarinefungiasasourceofbioactivecompoundsandtoprovidescientificinformationforthedevelopmentofnewdrugsandotherapplicationfields. MaterialsandMethods Fourmarinefungi,AspergillussaitoiGZ66,PenicilliumchrysogenumNZ15,HaloroselliniaoceanicaP76,andHypocrealixiiK108,wereisolatedfromtheSouthChinaSea.Allthefungiweregrownonpotatodextroseagarmediumfor7–14daysat28℃andthenharvested.Thesecondarymetaboliteswereextractedbyethylacetate-basedextractionandanalyzedbyhigh-performanceliquidchromatography(HPLC). TheantioxidantactivityoftheextractswasdeterminedbytheDPPHscavengingassay.Theantibacterialactivitywasevaluatedagainstthreestrainsofbacteria,includingEscherichiacoli,Staphylococcusaureus,andBacillussubtilis,bythewelldiffusionmethod.ThecytotoxicityoftheextractswasdeterminedbytheMTTassayusinghumancervicalcarcinomaHeLacellsandhumanlivercarcinomaHepG2cells.
