反硝化聚磷菌的筛选鉴定及其脱氮除磷特性研究 Abstract: Denitrifyingphosphate-accumulatingbacteria(DPB)playsanimportantroleinwastewatertreatment.Inthisstudy,DPBwerescreenedandidentifiedfromactivatedsludgeofawastewatertreatmentplantandtheirnitrogenandphosphorusremovalcharacteristicswereinvestigated.TheresultsshowedthatfivestrainsofDPBweresuccessfullyisolatedandidentifiedbymorphologicalandmolecularmethods.Thefivestrainsshoweddifferentnitrogenremovalratesunderdifferentcarbon:nitrogen(C:N)ratios,withthehighestratefoundattheC:Nratioof4:1.Furthermore,thefivestrainscouldremovephosphorusefficiently,withthephosphorusremovalraterangingfrom60.2%to86.5%.Overall,thesefindingsprovidevaluableinformationforthedevelopmentofDPB-basedwastewatertreatmentprocesses. Introduction: Nitrogenandphosphorusarethemaincontaminantsinmunicipalandindustrialeffluentthatcauseseutrophicationinwaterbodies.Therefore,efficientnitrogenandphosphorusremovaliscriticalforprotectingtheenvironment.Conventionalbiologicalwastewatertreatmentmainlyinvolvesnitrificationanddenitrificationprocessesfornitrogenremoval,andchemicalprecipitationandbiologicalphosphorusremovalforphosphorusremoval.However,theseprocesseshavelimitationsanddrawbacks,includinghighchemicalconsumption,lowefficiency,andtheinabilitytotreathigh-strengthwastewater.Asaresult,thereisanincreasingdemandforalternativeandmoreefficienttreatmenttechnologiesthatcaneffectivelyremovenitrogenandphosphorusfromwastewater. Denitrifyingphosphate-accumulatingbacteria(DPB)areagroupofbacteriathatcanperformbothdenitrificationandphosphorusremovalsimultaneously.DPBhavetheabilitytostorephosphorusintheircellsintheformofpolyphosphateanduseitasanelectronacceptorduringdenitrification,therebyachievingsimultaneousnitrogenandphosphorusremovalfromwastewater.EffectivescreeningandidentificationofDPBstrainscanprovideabasisforthedevelopmentofDPB-basedwastewatertreatmentprocesseswithhighnitrogenandphosphorusremovalefficiency.Inthisstudy,weaimedtoscreenandidentifyDPBfromactivatedsludgeofawastewatertreatmentplant
