华贵栉孔扇贝体色多态性研究及AFLP分析 Abstract: Inthisstudy,weinvestigatedthecolorpolymorphismoftheNoblescallop,Chlamysnobilis,andanalyzedtheirgeneticdiversityusingAFLPmarkers.OurstudyrevealedthatthebodycoloroftheNoblescallopishighlyvariable,rangingfromwhitetobrown,andpossiblyinfluencedbyenvironmentalandgeneticfactors.AFLPanalysisindicatedhighlevelsofgeneticdiversitywithinpopulations,likelyduetoacombinationofgeneflowandgeneticdrift.ThesefindingshaveimportantimplicationsforconservationandmanagementoftheNoblescallop,avaluablefisheryresourceinChina. Introduction: TheNoblescallop,Chlamysnobilis,isacommerciallyimportantbivalvemolluskinChina.ItiswidelydistributedinthecoastalwatersoftheYellowSea,BohaiSea,andEastChinaSea.Asahighlyvaluedseafoodproduct,theNoblescallophasbeenextensivelystudiedintermsofitsbiology,aquaculture,andfisherymanagement.However,littleattentionhasbeenpaidtothecolorpolymorphismofthisspeciesanditsgeneticdiversity. Bodycolorisanimportanttraitinmanymarineinvertebrates,asitcanaffecttheircamouflage,predatoravoidance,andmateselection.Severalstudieshavereportedcolorpolymorphisminscallopspecies,includingtheGiantscallop,Bayscallop,andQueenscallop.However,theextentandcausesofcolorpolymorphismintheNoblescallophaveyettobeinvestigated.Inthisstudy,weaimedtoexplorethevariabilityofbodycolorintheNoblescallopanddetermineitspotentialgeneticandenvironmentaldrivers.WealsousedAFLPmarkerstoassessthegeneticdiversityofthisspecieswithinandamongpopulations. MaterialsandMethods: TostudythecolorpolymorphismoftheNoblescallop,wecollectedspecimensfromtwopopulationsintheEastChinaSea:Ningbo(30°03′N,121°47′E)andZhoushan(30°01′N,122°11′E)(Fig.1).Wephotographedeachindividualscallopundernaturalandartificiallighttorecorditsbodycolor.WeusedImageJsoftwaretomeasuretheRGBvaluesofthescallop'smantleandconvertthemintoCIEL*a*b*colorspace.WethencalculatedthemeanvalueofL*(lightness),a*(redness/greenness),andb*(yellowness/blueness)foreachpopulation.
