二次受力下CFRP布加固混凝土矩形柱理论研究与非线性有限元模拟分析 Abstract Toinvestigatethebehaviorofreinforcedconcrete(RC)rectangularcolumnsstrengthenedwithCarbonFiberReinforcedPolymer(CFRP)undertheeffectofbiaxialloading,anumericalstudyisperformedusingnonlinearfinite-elementanalysis.Thestudyispresentedintwoparts.Inthefirstpart,theoreticalanalysesareconductedtoinvestigatetheperformanceofCFRP-strengthenedRCcolumnsunderbiaxialload.Inthesecondpart,nonlinearfinite-elementmodelsaredevelopedandvalidatedbycomparingthesimulationresultswiththeoreticalanalysesandexperimentaldata. TheresultsshowedthatCFRP-strengthenedRCcolumnsunderbiaxialloadcanmaintainhighlevelsofstiffnessandload-carryingcapacity.Thedeformationofthecolumnismainlyintheformofaxialshorteningandoverallbending.Inaddition,theCFRPsheetsresistthedevelopmentofcracksintheconcrete,thusenhancingtheductilityandtoughnessofRCcolumns. Introduction Reinforcedconcretecolumnsarecommonlyusedinbuildingsandotherstructuresduetotheirhighcompressivestrength.However,inmanycases,columnscanbesubjectedtobiaxialloadingwithsignificantaxialandlateralforces,whichcanleadtosignificantdeformationandevenfailure.Toaddressthisissue,researchershavedevelopedvariousmethodstostrengthenRCcolumns,suchasusingCarbonFiberReinforcedPolymer(CFRP)sheetsthatcanimprovethestrengthandstiffnessofthecolumn. CFRPsheetscanbeappliedtothesurfaceofthecolumninavarietyofconfigurationstoachievethedesiredlevelofstrengthandstiffnessimprovement.Amongthem,wrappingtheentirecolumnwithCFRPsheetsisacommonmethodforenhancingtheperformanceofRCcolumnsunderbiaxialload.Thismethodisparticularlyeffectiveforrectangularcolumns,whichcanbemoresusceptibletobiaxialloadingthancircularcolumns. Inthisstudy,atheoreticalinvestigationandnumericalmodelingareperformedtoexaminethebehaviorofCFRP-strengthenedRCcolumnsunderbiaxialloading.Theresultscouldhelptoinformthedesignofreinforcedconcretestructuresthataresusceptibletobiaxialloading.
