不同形式和水平蛋氨酸对肉鸡及后代肉鸡生产性能的影响 摘要 本文旨在探究不同形式和水平蛋氨酸对肉鸡及后代肉鸡生产性能的影响。首先,本文介绍了蛋氨酸的作用、来源、补充和吸收等基本信息。接着,从不同形式的蛋氨酸(L-蛋氨酸、D-蛋氨酸、DL-蛋氨酸)和不同水平的蛋氨酸(高水平、低水平)两个方面,综合分析了其对产蛋率、孵化率、日增重等生产性能指标的影响。最后,结合实际情况对不同形式和水平蛋氨酸的应用进行了建议和展望。研究表明,L-蛋氨酸与DL-蛋氨酸在提高产蛋率、孵化率和日增重方面效果较为明显,而D-蛋氨酸则对肉鸡生产性能影响较小。同时,较高水平的蛋氨酸的补充可以提高日增重等指标,但过高的补充水平却会造成反效果。因此,应按照饲料配方设计要求选用合适的补充水平和形式的蛋氨酸。 关键词:蛋氨酸;形式;水平;肉鸡;生产性能 Introduction Asanessentialaminoacid,methionineplaysanimportantroleinproteinsynthesis,energymetabolism,andimmuneregulationofpoultry.Itisalsoalimitingnutrientinmostpoultrydiets.Therefore,itisnecessarytosupplementmethionineinthefeed.However,differentformsandlevelsofmethioninehavedifferenteffectsontheproductionperformanceofpoultry.Thisarticlefocusesontheeffectsofdifferentformsandlevelsofmethionineontheproductionperformanceofbroilersandtheiroffspring. SourceandAbsorptionofMethionine Methioninecanbeobtainedfromfeedorsynthesizedbypoultry.However,theamountofmethioninesynthesizedbypoultryislimited.Therefore,itisnecessarytosupplementmethionineinthefeed.Methionineismainlyabsorbedinthesmallintestineofpoultry.TheabsorptionrateofL-methionineishigherthanthatofD-methionine.DL-methionineisaracemicmixtureofL-methionineandD-methionine,withahigherabsorptionratethanD-methioninebutlowerthanL-methionine.
