WZr基非晶合金复合材料的制备与性能研究 Abstract Inthisstudy,aseriesofWZr-basedamorphousalloycompositematerialswerepreparedbyvacuumcastingandhigh-energyballmillingmethods.Themicrostructure,mechanicalproperties,andcorrosionresistanceofthecompositematerialswereinvestigated.TheresultsshowedthattheinclusionofreinforcementparticlesimprovedthemechanicalpropertiesoftheWZr-basedamorphousalloy.Theoptimalballmillingtimeandvolumefractionofthereinforcementparticlesweredeterminedtobe32hoursand15%,respectively.Moreover,thecompositematerialexhibitedexcellentcorrosionresistanceinacidicandalkalineenvironments.Thisstudyprovidesinsightsintothedevelopmentofhigh-performanceWZr-basedamorphousalloycompositematerials. Introduction Amorphousalloyshavebeenwidelystudiedbecauseoftheiruniquecharacteristics,suchashighstrength,goodcorrosionresistance,andexcellentsoftmagneticproperties.Amongthem,WZr-basedamorphousalloyshaveattractedincreasingattentionduetotheirhighmeltingpoint,goodthermalstability,andexcellentmechanicalproperties.However,thebrittlenessofamorphousalloyslimitstheirpracticalapplications.Therefore,thedevelopmentofamorphousalloycompositematerialshasbecomearesearchhotspot. Theadditionofreinforcementparticlescansignificantlyimprovethemechanicalpropertiesofamorphousalloys.Theselectionofreinforcementparticlesandtheirsize,volumefraction,anddistributionhaveasignificantimpactonthemicrostructureandpropertiesofcomposites.High-energyballmillingisaneffectivemethodtoprepareamorphousalloycomposites.Theballmillingprocesscanrefinethemicrostructureofthealloyanddispersethereinforcementparticlesuniformlyinthematrix.
