AHP在IPTV省级集成播控平台技术风险管理中的应用研究 Abstract Withthedevelopmentofthedigitalmediaindustry,IPTVhasbecomeanimportantpartoftheTVmedia,anditisexpectedtohaveabrightfutureinthefieldofmedia.However,thetechnologyofIPTVisstillnotmatureenough,andtherearemanyrisksintheintegrationandcontroloftheprovincial-levelIPTVbroadcastingplatform.Asaneffectivedecision-makingtool,theAnalyticHierarchyProcess(AHP)canbeusedtoidentifyandmanagerisksintheIPTVbroadcastingplatform. ThispaperanalyzestheapplicationofAHPintheIPTVprovincial-levelintegrationandbroadcastingplatformtechnologyriskmanagement.First,itintroducestheconcept,principle,andprocedureofAHP;second,itanalyzesthemainrisksintheIPTVbroadcastingplatformintegrationandbroadcastingprocess;third,itproposesariskassessmentmodelbasedonAHP;fourth,itevaluatestheeffectivenessoftheriskmanagementmeasuresbasedonAHP. However,thetechnologyofIPTVisstillnotmatureenough,andtherearemanyrisksintheintegrationandcontroloftheprovincial-levelIPTVbroadcastingplatform.Therisksincludehardwarefailure,systemmalfunction,networkattacks,anduserprivacyleakage.Oncetheserisksoccur,theymaycauseseriousconsequences,suchasprograminterruption,servicedowntime,reputationdamage,andlegalliabilities.Therefore,itisnecessarytoidentifyandmanagetherisksintheIPTVbroadcastingplatform.
