350MW超临界锅炉螺旋水冷壁壁温特性研究 Abstract Supercriticalboilersarewidelyusedinmodernpowergenerationduetotheirhighthermalefficiencyandlowemissions.Thespiralwater-cooledwallisanimportantcomponentofthesupercriticalboiler,whichplaysanimportantroleinheattransferandhydraulicperformance.Inthispaper,weinvestigatethewalltemperaturecharacteristicsofa350MWsupercriticalboilerwithaspiralwater-cooledwall.Throughnumericalsimulationandexperimentalanalysis,wefindthatthewalltemperaturedistributioniscloselyrelatedtotheflowrateandthewallstructure.Theresultsofthisstudyprovideusefulguidanceforthedesignandoptimizationofsupercriticalboilers. Introduction Supercriticalboilers,whichoperateatpressuresabovethecriticalpointofwater,havebecomethedominanttechnologyformodernpowergenerationduetotheirhighthermalefficiencyandlowemissions.Inasupercriticalboiler,theheattransferfromthefluegastothewateroccursmainlythroughthewater-cooledwalls,whichconsistoftubesthroughwhichwatercirculates.Amongvarioustypesofwater-cooledwalls,thespiralwater-cooledwallhasbeenwidelyusedinrecentyearsduetoitsgoodheattransferperformanceandhydrauliccharacteristics. Thespiralwater-cooledwallconsistsofaspiraltube,anupperheader,alowerheader,andasetofconnectingpipes.Thefluegasflowsovertheoutsideofthespiraltubewhilewaterflowsinsidethetube.Thespiraltubeisdesignedtoincreasetheheattransferareaandenhancetheturbulentflowofwater,therebyimprovingtheheattransferefficiency.Theupperandlowerheadersdistributethewatertothespiraltubeandcollecttheheatedwater,respectively.Theconnectingpipesconnectthespiraltubetotheheaderstoensuresmoothflowofwater. Oneofthekeyfactorsthataffecttheperformanceofthespiralwater-cooledwallisthewalltemperaturedistribution.Thewalltemperatureaffectstheheattransferefficiencyandthethermalstressofthewall,whichinturnaffectsthesafetyandreliabilityofthesupercriticalboiler.Inthispaper,weinvestigatethewalltemperaturecharacteristicsofa350MWsupercriticalboilerwithaspiralwater-cooledwall.
