异构蜂窝网络中能效问题优化与分析的中期报告 【Abstract】Thisreportpresentstheprogressoftheresearchonenergyefficiencyoptimizationandanalysisinheterogeneouscellularnetworks.Specifically,wesummarizethemainobjectives,challenges,achievements,andfutureworkoftheproject.Themainfocusofthisresearchistoinvestigatetheenergyconsumptionfactorsinheterogeneouscellularnetworks,andtoproposeefficientalgorithmsandtechniquestooptimizetheenergyefficiencyofthenetworkswhilemaintainingthedesiredquality-of-service(QoS)levelfortheusers.Thecontributionsofthisresearchinclude:(1)identifyingthefactorsthataffectenergyconsumptionindifferenttypesofcellsanddeterminingtheirimpactonthenetworkperformance;(2)proposinganovelalgorithmthatoptimizestheenergyconsumptionofthesmallcellsinthenetwork,whilemaintainingtheQoSrequirementsoftheusers;(3)evaluatingtheperformanceoftheproposedalgorithmthroughsimulationsandshowingtheeffectivenessofthealgorithminimprovingtheenergyefficiencyofthenetwork. 【Keywords】heterogeneouscellularnetworks,energyefficiency,optimization,quality-of-service,smallcells 【Introduction】 Heterogeneouscellularnetworks(HCNs)havebeenproposedasapromisingsolutiontomeettheincreasingdemandforwirelesscommunicationservicesinmodernsociety.InHCNs,differenttypesofcellswithvaryingcoverageareasandtransmissionpowersaredeployedtoprovideefficientandreliablewirelessservicesforuserswithdifferentcommunicationrequirements.However,thedeploymentofalargenumberofsmallcellsinHCNsbringsaboutsignificantchallengesrelatedtoenergyconsumption,asthesmallcellsconsumemuchmoreenergyperunitareacomparedtothemacrocellsduetothedensedeploymentandshorterrange.Therefore,itisessentialtoinvestigateandoptimizetheenergyefficiencyofHCNs,whilemaintainingtheQoSrequirementsoftheusers. 【Objectives】 Themainobjectivesofthisresearchprojectare: 1.ToinvestigatethefactorsthataffectenergyconsumptionindifferenttypesofcellsinHCNs,andtodeterminetheirimpactonthenetworkperformance. 2.ToproposeefficientalgorithmsandtechniquestooptimizetheenergyconsumptionofHCNs,whilemaintainingthede
