区域数字图书馆---高校数字图书馆的发展模式探讨

[摘要]区域性数字图书馆是我国数字图书馆发展的又一新台阶，目前北京、上海、等地高校相继启动了此项工程的建设。本文从实际出发，着重从建设原则、技术框架、主体内容、管理办法及实施步骤四个层面对高校数字图书馆的发展进行了综述。

Thispaperconceivesakindoftechnologyframe：onthebaseofabasicapplicationflat,holdingouttheprocessfromtheestablishmentofdigitalresourcetodigitalresourceservice。
Themaincontentofconstructingincludes:constructingtheunitedresourcecatalogdatabaseofallthehighschoolsinwholeprovince、carryingoutunitedstocksystem、
Constructingcharacteristicresourcedatabaseincooperation、foundingstandarddigitalresourcesystem、andsomeothers,suchaseffectivedigitalresourcemanagementsystem、effectivedigitalresourceinformationservicesystem、advancedpublicweb.
Thispaperdesignsthewayofresource’snofreeusing、takingthemodeofyear-charge,brings
forwardthedetailedplanofgradingconstructing.

广东省教育厅出于对高等院校的教学科研及基础教育的发展需要考虑，决定建立一个基于因特网的高校数字图书馆，此项工程具体实施交给了华南师范大学图书馆。本人有幸参加此项工作并具体负责数字图书馆系统建设等工作。在此前的工作中，我对国内高校系统数字图书馆发展的现状及需求作了大量的调研工作，并且在今年参加了北京数字图书馆国际研讨会，下面就是在此基础上，对高校数字图书馆总体发展模式的一些研讨。
