大唐移动发展战略研究

摘要

TD-SCDMA产业在国家和社会各方的大力支持下正面临着前所未有
的发展机遇。作为TD-SCDMA标准的提出者、知识产权的拥有者、核心
技术的开发者、产业链的推动者，大唐移动发展战略的制定和实施无
疑对TD-SCDMA产业的健康、快速发展具有极其重要的意义。本文根据
国际、国内政治和经济发展形势，结合移动通信领域技术和产业发展
趋势，对大唐移动所面临的外部和内部环境做了详尽、细致的分析，
发现了企业发展可能存在的机会与威胁，找到了公司自身的优势与劣
势，然后运用SWOT工具对企业面临的形势进行分析总结，得出企业发
展的公司战略和组合分析，供企业在面临多种复杂经营环境时采用。
在战略执行阶段文章对企业战略执行主体和执行原则进行了深入探
讨，从而为企业战略的高效、顺利实施提供保证。最后，文章对公司
发展战略选择中的几个关键问题，如产业模式、资金使用和国际化等
进行了深入分析。
文章对于TD-SCDMA产业链和企业内部环境的分析体现了作者对
TD产业和被研究对象的深入了解和认识，具有很强的针对性，且整个
发展战略的制定过程严谨、科学，对同类企业的发展战略制定具备较
高的参考价值。

situationofinternationalanddomesticpoliticsandeconomyandthetrend

ofmobiletechnologyandindustry,thisthesisanalyzedtheouterandinner

environmentthatdatangmobileisfacing,tolookforthepotential

opportunitiesandthreatsandseekthestrengthsandweaknessesofthe

company.ByutilizingSWOTtoolstoanalyzethesituationofthecompany
