Thecurrentstudyhypothesizesthatjobreshapingpositivelyinfluencesjobperformance,butthisrelationshipwilldependonthelevelofjobautonomyanddecision-makingpowergrantedtoemployees.Further,regulatedmediationwillmediatethisrelationship.
