摘要
随着国内经济的飞速发展，我国的中小企业迅猛发展起来，为地区的经济发展，添加了就业岗位，同时也缓解了我国的就业压力，实现科技创新与成果转让等方面发挥出越来越重要的作用，决定了必须注重中小企业的生存与发展。现阶段，金融不仅是国家对经济进行宏观调控的重要杠杆，也深刻影响着我国社会经济生活的各个方面。由于中小企业本身的特点，即规模小，可控资源更为稀缺，又往往处于快速发展阶段，需求大量的资金的投入，所以，大多数中小企业都面临着融资难的困境，严重妨碍中小企业的发展。我国目前中小企业融资难，存在企业本身﹑金融机制﹑政府三个层面的多方面的缘由，为此要制定相应的管理办法。就中小企业融资难问题，进行分析研讨，并提出解决中小企业融资的相关对策。

Withtherapiddevelopmentofdomesticeconomy,themediumandsmallenterprisesinChinadevelopedrapidly,astheregion'seconomicdevelopment,increaseemployment,butalsoeasethepressureofemploymentinourcountry,realizingthetransferofscientificandtechnologicalinnovationandachievementsplayanincreasinglyimportantrole,thedecisionmustpayattentiontothesurvivalanddevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises.Atpresent,financeisnotonlyanimportantleverofnationalmacroeconomicregulation,butalsoaprofoundimpactonallaspectsofoursocialandeconomiclife.Duetoitscharacteristicsofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,thescaleissmall,thecontrollableresourcesmorescarce,andofteninthestageofrapiddevelopment,requiresubstantialcapitalinvestment,therefore,themajorityofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesarefacedwithfinancingdifficulties,aseriousobstacletodevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises.Ourcountryatpresentthefinancingofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,enterpriseitself,threeaspectsoffinancialmechanism,thegovernment'sreasonsinmanyaspects,thereforeshouldformulatecorrespondingmanagementmeasures.Onthefinancingproblemsofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,analysisandstudy,andputsforwardtherelatedcountermeasurestosolvethefinancingofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises
