注浆抬升的数值模拟及抬升规律研究的中期报告 摘要: 注浆抬升是在地下工程中常用的一种加固手段,其效果受到注浆材料、注浆压力、注浆孔间距等多个因素的影响。本研究通过数值模拟的方法,研究注浆抬升中各种因素对抬升效果的影响,并探讨其抬升规律。 首先,建立了注浆抬升的有限元模型,并在计算中引入注浆材料的应力–应变关系、泊松比等力学参数。通过对不同注浆孔间距下的注浆压力进行模拟,发现当注浆孔间距逐渐减小时,每个注浆孔内浸泡的注浆材料量逐渐增加,抬升效果也随之增强。 另外,研究发现注浆压力的大小对抬升效果也有显著影响。在注浆孔间距相同的条件下,注浆压力越大,地面上的抬升量也越大。 综上所述,注浆抬升效果的大小受到注浆孔间距、注浆材料、注浆压力等多个因素的影响。在实际工程中,需要综合考虑各种因素的影响,选择合适的注浆条件,以达到最佳的抬升效果。 关键词:注浆;抬升;数值模拟;有限元;力学参数 Introduction: Groundimprovementisacommontechniqueforstabilizingthegroundbeneathconstructionsitestobuildsturdyfoundations.Onesuchtechniqueisinjectiongrouting,whichinvolvestheinjectionofagroutingmaterialintothesoilmasstoimproveitsintegrity.Injectiongroutingworksbyfillingtheporesandvoidswithinthesoilmass,therebyreducingitspermeabilityandincreasingitsstrength. However,theinjectiongroutingprocessiscomplexandinvolvesmultiplefactors,includingthetypeandpropertiesofthegroutingmaterial,injectionpressure,injectionholespacing,andsoilproperties.Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheeffectofthesefactorsoninjectiongrouting-inducedupliftandtoanalyzetheupliftpatternusingnumericalsimulations. Methodology: Thestudyusedafiniteelementmethod(FEM)tomodeltheinjectiongroutingprocess.Themodelaccountedforthemechanicalpropertiesofthegroutingmaterial,includingitsstress-strainrelationshipandPoisson'sratio.Thesimulationwasperformedbyvaryingthegroutingpressureandinjectionholespacing,andtheresultingupliftwasmeasured. Resultsanddiscussion: Theresultsshowedthattheuplifteffectincreasedastheinjectionholespacingdecreased.Theincreaseinuplifteffectisduetotheincreasedvolumeofgroutingmaterialineachinjectionhole,whichleadstotheformationofatighternetworkofgroutcolumnsandamoreuniformdistributionofupliftforces. Additionally,itwasobservedthattheuplifteffectwasdirectlyproportionaltotheinjectionpressure.Thisisbecausegreaterinjectionpressureresultsinalargervolumeofgroutmaterialbeinginjectedintothesoil,whichleadstoagreaterupliftforcebeingdistributedacrossalargerarea.
