浮针配合针刺治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床疗效观察的中期报告 摘要：目的：探讨浮针配合针刺治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床疗效，为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法：选择60例脑卒中后肩手综合征患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用浮针配合针刺治疗，对照组采用传统针刺治疗。比较两组治疗前后患者的肩关节活动范围和疼痛程度，并进行统计学分析。结果：治疗组治疗10次后，患者的肩关节活动范围和疼痛程度均有明显改善，疗效显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：浮针配合针刺治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征具有显著疗效，可用于临床治疗。 关键词：浮针；针刺；脑卒中后肩手综合征；临床疗效 中图分类号：R246.1文献标识码：A文章编号：1005-5304（2017）02-0062-02 ClinicalEffectofCombiningFloatingNeedleswithAcupunctureintheTreatmentofShoulder-handSyndromeafterStroke:Mid-termReport Abstract：Objective:Toexploretheclinicalefficacyofcombiningfloatingneedleswithacupunctureinthetreatmentofshoulder-handsyndromeafterstrokeandtoprovideareferencebasisforclinicaltreatment.Methods:Sixtypatientswithpost-strokeshoulder-handsyndromewererandomlydividedintotreatmentandcontrolgroups.Thetreatmentgroupwastreatedwithacombinationoffloatingneedlesandacupuncture,whilethecontrolgroupreceivedtraditionalacupuncturetreatment.Therangeofmotionandpainleveloftheshoulderjointbeforeandaftertreatmentwerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups,andstatisticalanalysiswasperformed.Results:After10treatments,therangeofmotionandpainleveloftheshoulderjointinthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlyimproved,andtheefficacywassignificantlybetterthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thecombinationoffloatingneedleswithacupuncturehassignificanttherapeuticeffectsinthetreatmentofshoulder-handsyndromeafterstroke,andcanbeusedforclinicaltreatment.
