地震是一种灾害性极强的自然现象，能造成很大的人员伤亡和财产损失。为了减少地震灾害造成的损失，抗震防灾避难场所的区位选择和空间布局很重要。
本文以章丘城区为例，通过地质勘查、地形地貌、人口密度、道路交通、公共设施等多个方面综合调查分析，评估合适的抗震防灾避难场所的区位选择和空间布局。
首先，通过分析章丘地震历史和地质情况，确定了地震易发区，从而为区位选择提供了理论基础。然后，结合人口密度、道路交通、公共设施等因素，确定适宜建设抗震防灾避难场所的区域。最后，根据场所功能和规模的不同，确定了适当的场所空间布局。
通过本文研究可得出，区位选择和空间布局是重要的城市抗震防灾避难场所的建设因素，合理的选择和布局可提高城市的防灾能力，减轻地震灾害带来的损失，为城市的发展和人民的安全做出贡献。

Abstract:
Earthquakesarenaturaldisastersthatcancauselargecasualtiesandpropertylosses.Inordertoreducethelossescausedbyearthquakes,thelocationselectionandspatiallayoutofearthquake-resistantanddisaster-resistantsheltersareveryimportant.
TakingtheurbanareaofZhangqiuasanexample,thispapercomprehensivelyinvestigatesandanalyzesthelocationselectionandspatiallayoutofearthquake-resistantanddisaster-resistantsheltersthroughgeologicalexploration,terrainandlandforms,populationdensity,roadtraffic,andpublicfacilities.
Firstly,byanalyzingthehistoricalearthquakesandgeologicalconditionsofZhangqiu,theearthquake-proneareaisdetermined,whichprovidesatheoreticalbasisforlocationselection.Then,withthecombinationofpopulationdensity,roadtraffic,publicfacilities,andotherfactors,theareasuitablefortheconstructionofearthquake-resistantanddisaster-resistantsheltersisdetermined.Finally,accordingtothedifferentfunctionsandscaleofshelters,anappropriatespatiallayoutisdetermined.
Throughthisstudy,itcanbeconcludedthatlocationselectionandspatiallayoutareimportantfactorsintheconstructionofurbanearthquake-resistantanddisaster-resistantshelters.Reasonableselectionandlayoutcanimprovethecity'sdisasterpreventioncapability,reducelossescausedbyearthquakes,andcontributetothedevelopmentofthecityandthesafetyofthepeople.
