第一章总则ChapterI.GeneralProvisions
为全面建立现代企业管理制度，健全工作体制，特订立此条例，凡本公司所属员
工、在本公司服务的保安都应该遵守本条例。

本条例所称的员工是指本公司正式录用的员工、新招进试用期的员工。

第二章厂纪厂规条例ChapterIIoftheChangjichanggui
1、员工必须遵守国家的法律法规及本公司的厂纪厂规。服从各级主管人员的临时工
作安排，员工无故不服从分配者，扣5分，怠工者并作旷工处理。所有班组长以上管理人员有员工投诉，经调查核实后，依情节进行处理。

2、员工不得操作使用或练习不属于自己使用的机器设备。

3、员工未按规定操作设备，造成损坏公司的财物及设备者，按情节轻重赔偿。
thestaffhasnotprovidedoperationalequipment,causingdamagetothepropertyandequipment,accordingtothelevelofcompensationcases.
凡故意损坏公司的财物及设备者，应全额赔偿，情节严重的承担相应的法律责任；
撞坏墙角必须自行补好并扣6分以上，损坏花木者扣4分以上，所有工具、量具、计算器等常用物资无故损坏或丢失，如发生由此以没有工具为借口而不做工作者扣10分以上。

5、员工应保守公司的机密，对窃取公司资料、客户资料、新产品、新技术、新面料及各种泄密者，扣责任人100分以上，并按情节轻重处罚，直至追究法律责任。
