摘要

当今社会随着经济的飞速发展，材料与能源两大物质基础却日异稀少紧张，已成为制约经济发展的障碍.另一方面，材料存在大量的浪费,或在某些方面处理不当造成环境污染，反过来对资源的利用产生不良的影响。本人研究的的是如何处理废旧钢筋，就是从废弃的建筑物上，以及工业生产过程中所产生的废旧钢筋，重新调直，变废为宝，直接的用于建筑，机械等对圆度要求不太高，不太重要的场合，即可以节约资源，又可以消除工业垃圾对环境的污染.
此机器的功能主要有:（1）除锈，当废旧钢筋通地过拉模时，由于高强度的拉拔而起到除锈的作用.（2）冷拔表面硬化，在废旧钢需要请咨询学号数字企鹅筋通过拉模以及在轧辊的强大的轧制力的作用下而其到冷作硬化增强原钢筋的强度。（3）弯曲校直，根据废旧钢筋通过拉模,轧辊的轧制作用在废旧钢筋上的反变曲变形而达到.
此机器的应用前景广阔,因为随着人们对生活质量要求越来越高，世界对环保问题的日益紧张。合理的利用资源，恰当的处理垃圾都是不可回避的回题，现代工业的发展，将使工业垃圾日益增多，废旧钢筋是其中之一。目前我国对这方面的研究有待发展。

ABSTRACT

Nowadays,withtherapiddevelopmentofeconomy,thematerialandenergyhavebecometheobstacleofeconomicdevelopment，andthetwomajormaterialbaseofmaterialandenergyisscarce.Ontheotherhand,therearealotofwastematerials,orinsomeareas，improperhandlingofenvironmentalpollution，whichinturnhasabadeffectontheuseofresources.Myresearchishowtodealwithscrapsteel，isgeneratedfromtheabandonedbuildings,andindustrialproductionintheprocessofthescrapsteel，restraightening，turningwasteintotreasure,directforbuilding，machineryandsoonroundnesstolerancerequirementisnottoohigh,lessimportantoccasion,youcantoconserveresourcesandbutalsotheeliminationofindustrialwastepollutiontotheenvironment.
Themachine'smainfunctionsare:（1)rust，whenscrapsteelthroughadie，duetothehighstrengthofdrawingandtorust.(2)drawingsurfacehardeninginscrapsteelthroughthedieandintherollofstrongrollingforceandthecoldhardeningincreasesthestrengthofthereinforcementoftheoriginal。(3）bendingstraightening，accordingtothescrapsteelthroughthedie，rollingeffectonscrapsteelantibendingdeformationandtoachieve.
