2.委任appointment
甲方指定乙方为其在（）地区的独家代理，为数控雕刻机在xxx的顾客中招揽订单，乙方接受上述委任。

每一笔交易的货物价格应由乙方与买主通过谈判确定，并须经甲方最后确认。每次订单，乙方需用t/t电汇的方式付50%的定金。甲方在确认收到定金后，给车间下订单进行安排生产。乙方需在收到甲方发给的提单后付清剩余的50%。
