城市公办养老机构服务问题研究——以江苏省H市H区福利院为例
摘要
在我国人口老龄化加速的背景下，养老服务需求日益增长，城市公办养老机构作为一种基本养老服务形式，承载着重要的养老服务职责。然而，公办养老机构服务质量存在问题，影响了老年人的生活质量，本文选取江苏省H市H区福利院为研究对象，探讨城市公办养老机构服务问题，以期为相关部门提供改进措施和揭示老年人所需的服务需求。
本研究将采用问卷调查法、文献研究法、案例分析法以及访谈法等综合研究方法，详细调查福利院的服务内容、服务质量和服务满意度，分析问题的产生及原因。通过访谈老年人对养老服务的期望，提出改进服务内容和机构管理的建议，从而提高公办养老机构服务质量，满足老年人的服务需求。

Abstract
WiththeaccelerationofChina'sagingpopulation,thedemandforelderlycareservicesisincreasing.Urbanpublicelderlycareinstitutions,asabasicformofelderlycareservices,carryimportantresponsibilitiesforelderlycareservices.However,thereareproblemsintheservicequalityofpublicelderlycareinstitutions,whichaffectthequalityoflifeoftheelderly.ThisstudyselectedtheHdistrictwelfareinstituteinHcity,Jiangsuprovinceastheresearchobjecttoexploretheserviceissuesofurbanpublicelderlycareinstitutions,inordertoproviderelevantinstitutionswithimprovementmeasuresandtorevealtheserviceneedsoftheelderly.
Thisstudywillusequestionnairesurveys,literatureresearch,caseanalysis,andinterviewsandothercomprehensiveresearchmethodstoinvestigatetheservicecontent,servicequality,andservicesatisfactionofthewelfareinstituteindetail,andanalyzetheproblemsandcauses.Throughinterviewingelderlypeople'sexpectationsofelderlycareservices,suggestionsforimprovingservicecontentandinstitutionmanagementareproposedtoimprovetheservicequalityofpublicelderlycareinstitutionsandmeettheserviceneedsoftheelderly.
