结构钢焊接接头在液态铅铋合金中的腐蚀行为研究的中期报告 摘要: 为研究液态铅铋合金中结构钢焊接接头的腐蚀行为,本研究进行了实验。通过电化学测试和扫描电子显微镜观察,发现液态铅铋合金中,焊接接头的腐蚀行为受到焊缝形态、钢材表面状态、铅铋合金温度等因素的影响。研究结果表明,焊缝处的铁素体和马氏体相位的腐蚀速率较快,而铁素体和奥氏体相位的腐蚀速率较慢。在铅铋合金温度为500℃时,腐蚀速率最快,为相对速率的2.5倍。因此,在液态铅铋合金中使用结构钢焊接接头时需要注意选择合适的焊接方式,以及表面处理和温度控制等因素。 关键词:液态铅铋合金;结构钢;焊接接头;腐蚀行为;电化学测试;扫描电子显微镜观察 Introduction: Liquidlead-bismuthalloyhasexcellentheattransferpropertiesandiswidelyusedasacoolantinnuclearreactors.However,duetoitshighreactivitywithstructuralmaterials,corrosionisamajorchallengefortheuseofliquidlead-bismuthalloyasacoolant.Inthisstudy,weinvestigatethecorrosionbehaviorofweldedjointsofstructuralsteelinliquidlead-bismuthalloy. Methods: Electrochemicaltestsandscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)wereusedtostudythecorrosionbehaviorofweldedjointsofstructuralsteelinliquidlead-bismuthalloy.Theeffectofweldingseammorphology,steelsurfacecondition,andlead-bismuthalloytemperatureonthecorrosionbehaviorwereinvestigated. Results: Theresultsindicatethatthecorrosionbehaviorofweldedjointsofstructuralsteelinliquidlead-bismuthalloyisinfluencedbyfactorssuchasweldingseammorphology,steelsurfacecondition,andlead-bismuthalloytemperature.Thecorrosionrateoftheferriteandmartensitephasesattheweldseamisfasterthanthatoftheferriteandaustenitephases.Atalead-bismuthalloytemperatureof500℃,thecorrosionrateisthehighest,at2.5timestherelativerate.Therefore,itisnecessarytoconsidertheselectionofappropriateweldingmethods,surfacetreatment,andtemperaturecontrolwhenusingweldedjointsofstructuralsteelinliquidlead-bismuthalloy. Conclusion: Thestudyprovidesimportantinsightsintothecorrosionbehaviorofweldedjointsofstructuralsteelinliquidlead-bismuthalloy.Thesefindingscanguidethedevelopmentofcorrosion-resistantmaterialsandweldingtechniquesforuseinnuclearreactors.
