硼改性聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂的制备及性能研究的中期报告 摘要 本文主要介绍了硼改性聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂的制备及其性能研究中期报告。通过优化制备条件,采用水热法合成了硼改性聚硅酸铝铁(B-PAS)絮凝剂,并考察了影响其性能的因素。结果显示,在硼和铁的最佳加入量下,B-PAS絮凝剂对模拟含油污水的絮凝效果较好,比常规聚合氯化铝(PAC)的效果更好。同时,B-PAS絮凝剂也表现出较高的剪切稳定性和适应性。未来的研究方向是进一步优化制备条件和研究B-PAS絮凝剂在实际污水处理中的应用效果。 关键词:硼改性,聚硅酸铝铁,絮凝剂,性能研究 Introduction Waterpollutionisoneofthemajorenvironmentalproblemsintheworld.Itnotonlyaffectsthequalityofwaterresources,butalsoposesathreattohumanhealth.Coagulation-flocculationisaneffectivemethodfortreatingwastewater.However,traditionalcoagulantshavesomedisadvantagessuchaslowefficiency,highcost,andsecondarypollution.Therefore,thedevelopmentofnewandefficientcoagulantshasbecomeanimportantresearchdirectioninthefieldofwatertreatment. Aluminum-basedcoagulants,suchaspolyaluminumchloride(PAC)andpolyaluminumsulfate(PAS),arewidelyusedinwatertreatmentduetotheirhighefficiencyandlowcost.However,thesecoagulantshavesomelimitations,suchaspoorshearstabilityandadaptability.Inrecentyears,researchershavetriedtomodifyaluminum-basedcoagulantstoimprovetheirperformance.Boronmodificationisoneoftheeffectivemethodstoimprovetheperformanceofaluminum-basedcoagulants. Inthisstudy,boron-modifiedpolyaluminumsilicateiron(B-PAS)coagulantwaspreparedbyhydrothermalsynthesismethod,anditspropertieswereinvestigated.TheeffectsofboronandironcontentonthecoagulationperformanceofB-PASwerestudied.TheshearstabilityandadaptabilityofB-PASwerealsoevaluated. Experimental B-PAScoagulantwaspreparedbyhydrothermalsynthesismethod.Inatypicalsynthesisprocess,aluminumsulfate,sodiumsilicate,ferroussulfateandboricacidweremixedinacertainproportion,andthenheatedinanautoclaveat150°Cfor6hours.Theobtainedproductwaswashed,driedandgroundtoobtainB-PAScoagulant. Thecoagulationexperimentswerecarriedoutusingsimulatedoilywastewater.Theturbidityofthewastewaterwasadjustedto200NTU,andthepHvaluewasadjustedto7.0.ThecoagulationexperimentswerecarriedoutusingdifferentdosagesofB-PASandPAC,andthecoagulationefficiencywasevaluatedbymeasuringthesettlingrateandsupernatantturbidity. Theshearstabil
