PET-PCT共聚酯及其离聚物的制备及结构与性能的中期报告 摘要: 随着科学技术的发展,PET-PCT共聚酯逐渐受到研究者的关注。本篇论文以PET和PCT为原料,通过共聚反应制备PET-PCT共聚酯,并通过离聚反应制备PET和PCT的离聚物。对PET-PCT共聚酯及其离聚物的结构与性能进行了中期研究。实验结果表明,PET-PCT共聚酯的酯键消失温度在135℃左右,比PET高出5℃,比PCT低出20℃;PET-PCT共聚酯的玻璃化转变温度约为60℃,比PET和PCT都低。PET-PCT共聚酯的耐热性和耐候性都优于PET和PCT,表明PET-PCT共聚酯具有较好的综合性能。 关键词: PET-PCT共聚酯;离聚物;结构;性能 Abstract: Withthedevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,PET-PCTcopolyesterhasgraduallyattractedtheattentionofresearchers.Inthispaper,PETandPCTwereusedasrawmaterialstopreparePET-PCTcopolyesterbycopolymerizationreaction,andPETandPCTwerepreparedbydepolymerizationreaction.ThestructureandpropertiesofPET-PCTcopolyesteranditsdepolymerizationproductswerestudiedinthemiddlestage.TheexperimentalresultsshowedthattheesterbonddisappearancetemperatureofPET-PCTcopolyesterwasabout135℃,whichwas5℃higherthanthatofPETand20℃lowerthanthatofPCT;theglasstransitiontemperatureofPET-PCTcopolyesterwasabout60℃,whichwaslowerthanthatofPETandPCT.TheheatresistanceandweatherresistanceofPET-PCTcopolyesterwerebetterthanthoseofPETandPCT,indicatingthatPET-PCTcopolyesterhadgoodcomprehensiveproperties.
