Methods Toachievetheseobjectives,wehaveconductedthefollowingresearchtasks: 1.Literaturereview:WehavereviewedtheexistingliteratureonMEMSresonators,includingtheirdesign,fabrication,andcharacterization.Thishasprovideduswithacomprehensiveunderstandingofthestate-of-the-artMEMSresonatorsandthechallengesintheirdevelopment. 2.Designandfabrication:WehavedesignedandfabricatedMEMSresonatorsusingthestandardMEMSprocesses,suchasphotolithography,etching,anddeposition.Wehaveoptimizedthedesignoftheresonatorsbasedonthesimulationresultsandthefabricationconstraints. 3.Characterization:Wehavecharacterizedtheperformanceoftheresonatorsusinganetworkanalyzerandatemperaturechamber.Wehavemeasuredtheresonantfrequency,qualityfactor,andtemperaturestabilityoftheresonators. 4.Applications:Wehaveexploredpotentialapplicationsoftheresonatorsinvariousfields,suchascommunication,sensing,andtiming.Wehavecollaboratedwithotherresearcherstodeveloptheprototypesoftheapplications.
