一种XML数据流查询过滤算法的中期报告 Introduction: XMLDataStream(FilteringQuery)isusedinmanyapplicationstoretrievetherequireddatafromalargecollectionofXMLdocuments.StreamingXMLDataFilteringisusedinmanyreal-worldapplicationssuchasdatastreaminginsocialnetworks,sensornetworkdatacollection,andnewsfeedstreaming,etc. TherequirementsofXMLDataStreamFilteringaretoretrievedatathatmatchesthefilteringcriteriaandtominimizethecomputationalresources. Approach: ThegoalofourapproachistodevelopanefficientalgorithmthatcanhandleXMLDataStreamFilteringefficiently.Weproposeanewalgorithmthatusesacombinationofstatisticaltechniquesandfilteringtechniquestoprovideanefficientfilteringmechanism. Thealgorithmconsistsoftwophases: 1)XMLfilterrecognitionphase:Inthisphase,thealgorithmreadstheinputqueryandidentifiesthefiltersusedinthequery.Thefiltersareclassifiedasstructuralorcontent-basedfilters. StructuralfiltersarebasedonthehierarchyoftheXMLdocument,suchasthenumberoflevels,thepositionofthenode,andtherelationbetweenthenodes.Content-basedfiltersarebasedonthecontentsoftheXMLelementsandattributes. 2)XMLfilteringphase:Inthisphase,thealgorithmusesacombinationofindexingandfilteringtechniquestoretrievetherequireddatafromtheXMLdocumentstream.Thealgorithmusesanindexstructuretostorethedocumenthierarchyandthecontentoftheelements. Theindexstructureisusedtoeliminatethenon-matchingdocumentsfromtheXMLstream.Thealgorithmusesfilterstocomparetheinputquerytotheindexstructureandeliminatenon-matchingnodes.TheremainingnodesarethenfetchedfromtheXMLstreamanddisplayedtotheuser. Conclusion: OurproposedalgorithmprovidesanefficientwaytohandleXMLDataStreamFiltering.Thealgorithmusesacombinationofindexingandfilteringtechniquestoprovideefficientfilteringofdatastreams.ThealgorithmistestedwithvariousXMLdatasets,andtheresultsshowthatthealgorithmisefficientandprovidesfastretrievalofdatausingtheinputquery. FutureWork: TheproposedalgorithmcanbeoptimizedtofurtherimprovetheefficiencyofXMLDataStreamFiltering.Oneofthepossibilitiesisusingcompressiontechnique
