圆柱壳在轴向冲击载荷作用下动力响应与动力失稳的实验研究的中期报告 摘要: 本文针对圆柱壳在轴向冲击载荷作用下的动力响应和动力失稳问题,进行了相关实验研究。实验采用了高速摄影技术和激光测振技术对圆柱壳的动力响应进行了测量和分析,结果表明圆柱壳的动力响应受到载荷作用、结构特性以及材料性质等因素的综合影响,其中载荷作用是最主要的因素。 同时,在实验中还观察到了圆柱壳的动力失稳现象,即当载荷作用超过一定阈值时,圆柱壳的振动会发生剧烈增强,并出现明显的失稳现象。此时,圆柱壳的振动波动幅度变大,甚至会发生形变和破坏。 通过实验数据的分析和对失稳现象的观察,我们认为圆柱壳的动力失稳与其结构特性、载荷作用方式、振动频率等因素密切相关。因此,在设计和制造圆柱壳时,需要考虑到多种因素,以减少其动力失稳的可能性。 关键词:圆柱壳;轴向冲击载荷;动力响应;动力失稳。 Abstract: Inthispaper,weconductedexperimentalresearchonthedynamicresponseanddynamicinstabilityofcylindricalshellsunderaxialimpactloads.High-speedphotographyandlaservibrometrywereusedtomeasureandanalyzethedynamicresponseofcylindricalshells,andtheresultsshowedthatthedynamicresponseofcylindricalshellswasaffectedbyfactorssuchasload,structuralcharacteristics,andmaterialproperties,amongwhichloadwasthemostimportantfactor. Atthesametime,thephenomenonofdynamicinstabilityofcylindricalshellswasobservedintheexperiment.Whentheloadexceedsacertainthreshold,thevibrationofthecylindricalshellwillincreasesharply,andobviousinstabilityphenomenawillappear.Atthistime,thevibrationamplitudeofthecylindricalshellbecomeslarger,andevendeformationanddamagemayoccur. Throughtheanalysisofexperimentaldataandtheobservationofinstabilityphenomena,webelievethatthedynamicinstabilityofcylindricalshellsiscloselyrelatedtoitsstructuralcharacteristics,loadmode,vibrationfrequency,andotherfactors.Therefore,inthedesignandmanufactureofcylindricalshells,multiplefactorsneedtobeconsideredtoreducethepossibilityofdynamicinstability.
