企业捐赠与股价波动的关系研究——基于玉树震后企业捐赠的事件研究的中期报告

本研究借鉴现有的相关研究方法和理论，以玉树地震后企业捐赠为研究对象，通过对企业捐赠事件前后股价数据的对比分析，探讨企业捐赠与股价波动之间的关系。研究发现，玉树地震后企业捐赠对企业股价产生了显著的正面影响，且这种影响具有持续性，并随着时间的推移而呈现出增强的趋势。具体而言，在企业捐赠事件发生的前后两周内，众多企业的股价均呈现出显著的上涨趋势，而在事件发生之后的一个月内，企业股价的上涨幅度达到了峰值。
本研究的结论为企业在进行捐赠时，不仅需要考虑到其中的道德和社会责任因素，还需要考虑到捐赠对企业股价的影响。因此，企业在进行捐赠活动时需要更加明智和谨慎，同时也可以通过捐赠公益活动来达到提升企业形象和提升股价的双重目的。

Abstract：
Thisstudydrawsonexistingresearchmethodsandtheories,takingtheenterprisedonationaftertheYushuearthquakeastheresearchobject,throughcomparisonandanalysisofstockpricedatabeforeandaftertheenterprisedonationevent,toexploretherelationshipbetweenenterprisedonationandstockpricefluctuations.ThestudyfoundthatenterprisedonationsaftertheYushuearthquakehadasignificantpositiveimpactonenterprisestockprices,andthisinfluencewassustainableandshowedincreasingtrendastimepassed.Specifically,inthetwoweeksbeforeandaftertheenterprisedonationevent,thestockpricesofmanyenterprisesshowedasignificantupwardtrend,andwithinonemonthaftertheevent,thestockpriceincreasereacheditspeak.
Theconclusionofthisstudyisthatwhenenterprisesdonate,theynotonlyneedtoconsiderthemoralandsocialresponsibilityfactors,butalsoneedtoconsidertheimpactofdonationsonenterprisestockprices.Therefore,enterprisesneedtobemorewiseandprudentwhenconductingdonationactivities,andalsocanachievethedualpurposeofenhancingcorporateimageandincreasingstockpricesthroughdonatingpublicwelfareactivities.
