[归纳用法]
一、过去进行时的被动语态的构成
1．过去进行时的被动语态的肯定式为：was/were＋being＋done。
Inonearea，abookreadingwasbeingdelivered.
在书店的一个地方正在进行一个读书发布会。
2．过去进行时的被动语态的否定式为：was/were＋not＋being＋done。
Themoviestarwasnotbeingstalkedbyafanthistimeyesterday.
昨天这个时候那个电影明星正在被一个粉丝跟踪。
3．过去进行时的被动语态的一般疑问式需将was/were提到主语的前面。(回答用yes或no)
