本节课的设计重点在于训练学生学会比较信息来作出决定，并让学生掌握通知的写作要求。为了防止写作课常有的枯燥，教师应尽量创造出一个无拘无束，能让学生自由呼吸的课堂氛围，给学生学习的动力和兴趣，使学生的聪明才智尽量得到发挥。
