基于厂拌热再生技术的再生沥青混合料性能分析的中期报告
摘要：
本文利用厂拌热再生技术制备了再生沥青混合料，并对其性能进行了中期评价。首先，通过实验室试验得出了再生沥青混合料的基本性能参数，如抗剪强度、压缩强度、弹性模量、损耗角等。针对不同再生沥青比例的混合料，分析了其在不同温度下的力学性质，结果表明，在高温下，随着再生沥青比例的增加，弹性模量逐渐增大，损耗角逐渐减小；在低温下，随着再生沥青比例的增加，混合料的脆性逐渐加大。其次，通过路面试验和现场观察，对再生沥青混合料的耐久性和稳定性进行了分析。结果表明，再生沥青混合料的耐久性和稳定性与未经再生的矿料混合料相当，但可降低环境污染和原材料浪费。

Abstract:
Inthisarticle,theperformanceofrecycledasphaltmixturewasevaluatedthroughmid-termevaluationusingplantmixinghotrecyclingtechnology.Firstly,thebasicperformanceparametersofrecycledasphaltmixturewereobtainedthroughlaboratorytests,suchasshearstrength,compressionstrength,elasticmodulus,lossangle,etc.Fordifferentproportionsofrecycledasphaltmixture,themechanicalpropertieswereanalyzedunderdifferenttemperatures,resultsshowedthatunderhightemperature,withtheincreaseofrecycledasphaltproportion,theelasticmodulusincreasedgraduallyandthelossangledecreasedgradually;underlowtemperature,thebrittlenessofthemixtureincreasedgraduallywiththeincreaseofrecycledasphaltproportion.Secondly,thedurabilityandstabilityofrecycledasphaltmixturewereanalyzedthroughpavementtestsandfieldobservations.Theresultsshowedthatthedurabilityandstabilityofrecycledasphaltmixturewascomparabletothatofthemineralmixturewithoutrecycling,however,itcouldreduceenvironmentalpollutionandwasteofrawmaterials.
