基于厂拌热再生技术的再生沥青混合料性能分析的中期报告 摘要: 本文利用厂拌热再生技术制备了再生沥青混合料,并对其性能进行了中期评价。首先,通过实验室试验得出了再生沥青混合料的基本性能参数,如抗剪强度、压缩强度、弹性模量、损耗角等。针对不同再生沥青比例的混合料,分析了其在不同温度下的力学性质,结果表明,在高温下,随着再生沥青比例的增加,弹性模量逐渐增大,损耗角逐渐减小;在低温下,随着再生沥青比例的增加,混合料的脆性逐渐加大。其次,通过路面试验和现场观察,对再生沥青混合料的耐久性和稳定性进行了分析。结果表明,再生沥青混合料的耐久性和稳定性与未经再生的矿料混合料相当,但可降低环境污染和原材料浪费。 关键词:再生沥青混合料;厂拌热再生技术;性能评价;耐久性;稳定性 Abstract: Inthisarticle,theperformanceofrecycledasphaltmixturewasevaluatedthroughmid-termevaluationusingplantmixinghotrecyclingtechnology.Firstly,thebasicperformanceparametersofrecycledasphaltmixturewereobtainedthroughlaboratorytests,suchasshearstrength,compressionstrength,elasticmodulus,lossangle,etc.Fordifferentproportionsofrecycledasphaltmixture,themechanicalpropertieswereanalyzedunderdifferenttemperatures,resultsshowedthatunderhightemperature,withtheincreaseofrecycledasphaltproportion,theelasticmodulusincreasedgraduallyandthelossangledecreasedgradually;underlowtemperature,thebrittlenessofthemixtureincreasedgraduallywiththeincreaseofrecycledasphaltproportion.Secondly,thedurabilityandstabilityofrecycledasphaltmixturewereanalyzedthroughpavementtestsandfieldobservations.Theresultsshowedthatthedurabilityandstabilityofrecycledasphaltmixturewascomparabletothatofthemineralmixturewithoutrecycling,however,itcouldreduceenvironmentalpollutionandwasteofrawmaterials.
