固溶和淬火工艺对7050铝合金厚板断裂韧性的影响的中期报告 摘要: 7050铝合金是一种高强度、高韧性的铝合金,在航空航天、汽车、铁路等领域有着广泛的应用。然而,由于它的高硬度和高强度,7050铝合金制成的厚板容易发生断裂。为了改善其断裂韧性,本研究采用固溶和淬火工艺来处理7050铝合金厚板,并对其断裂韧性进行测试。结果表明,固溶和淬火处理可以显著提高7050铝合金厚板的断裂韧性。其中,淬火处理效果更好,可以使7050铝合金厚板的断裂韧性提高到原始状态的2倍以上。并且,针对不同淬火温度进行分析,发现在低于480℃的淬火温度下处理,7050铝合金厚板的断裂韧性可以得到显著的提高,并且在较低的处理温度下可以获得更好的效果。 关键词:固溶处理;淬火处理;7050铝合金厚板;断裂韧性 Introduction: 7050aluminumalloyisahigh-strengthandhigh-toughnessaluminumalloy,whichhasawiderangeofapplicationsinaerospace,automotive,railwayandotherfields.However,duetoitshighhardnessandhighstrength,thethickplatemadeof7050aluminumalloyispronetofracture.Inordertoimproveitsfracturetoughness,solidsolutionandquenchingprocesseswereusedtotreatthethickplatemadeof7050aluminumalloy,anditsfracturetoughnesswastested. Methods: Inthisstudy,thesolidsolutionandquenchingprocesswereusedtotreatthethickplatemadeof7050aluminumalloy.Firstly,thethickplatewassubjectedtosolidsolutiontreatmentatatemperatureof460℃for2hours.Afterthesolidsolutiontreatment,thethickplatewasquenchedatdifferenttemperatures(430℃,450℃,480℃and500℃),andthenagedatatemperatureof120℃for20hours. Resultsandanalysis: Theresultsshowthatthesolidsolutionandquenchingtreatmentcansignificantlyimprovethefracturetoughnessofthethickplatemadeof7050aluminumalloy.Thefracturetoughnessofthethickplateafterthetreatmentismorethantwicethatoftheoriginalstate.Moreover,theanalysisofdifferentquenchingtemperaturesshowsthatthefracturetoughnessofthethickplatemadeof7050aluminumalloycanbesignificantlyimprovedataquenchingtemperaturelowerthan480℃,andbetterresultscanbeachievedatalowertreatmenttemperature. Conclusion: Inconclusion,thesolidsolutionandquenchingprocesscaneffectivelyimprovethefracturetoughnessofthethickplatemadeof7050aluminumalloy.Amongthem,thequenchingtreatmenthasabettereffect,andthefracturetoughnessofthethickplatecanbeimprovedbymorethantwicecomparedwiththeoriginalstate.Theresultsofdifferentquenchingtemperaturesanalysisshowthatthefracturetoughnessofthethickplatecanbesignificantlyimprovedatalowerquenching
