第30卷第9期农业工程学报Vol.30No.9 2014年5月TransactionsoftheChineseSocietyofAgriculturalEngineeringMay2012235 Identificationofsoybeanseedvarietiesbasedonhyperspectral image TanKezhu,ChaiYuhua※,SongWeixian,CaoXiaoda (CollegeofElectricalandInformation,NortheastAgriculturalUniversity,Harbin150030,China) Abstract:Differentsoybeanseedvarietieshavedifferentcomponents(oil,protein,fatetc.)content.Identificationof soybeanseedvarietiesisacriticalfactorthatimprovesthequalityofproducedsoybean.Inthisstudy,hyperspectralimage techniquewasappliedinordertoclassifysoybeanseedsbasedontheirvarieties.Thespectralreflectancedatawas collectedusingtheopticalsensorsystemwithspectralregionof1000-2500nm.Principalcomponentanalysis(PCA)was performedtoreducethedimensionalityofthedataandremovetheredundancy.ScoresoffourPCswereusedasinput featuresintheclassificationalgorithm.Fourtexturefeatureparameters(angularsecondmoment,energy,entropyand correlation)wereextractedfromeachfeatureimageselectedbyPCA.Fortheextractionofspecificfeatures,four significantfeatureparameterswerecomputedfromthe16characteristicvariables.Artificialneuralnetwork(ANN) classifierwasemployedforclassificationusingtopselectedfeatures.Theobtainedaveragetrainingaccuracyratewas 97.50%andtheaveragetestingaccuracyratewas93.88%.Thus,theresultsconfirmedthathyperspectralimagetechnique in-conjunctionwithBPneuralnetworkcouldbeusefulforsoybeanseedvarietiesclassification.
