基于ANSYS的磁控电抗器磁路结构研究的中期报告 【Abstract】 Inthisreport,themagneticcircuitstructureofamagnetic-controlledreactorisstudiedbyusingANSYSsoftware.Thesimulationresultsofthemagneticfluxdensitydistributionandmagneticfieldintensitydistributionarepresented.Theeffectsofdifferentstructuralparametersonthemagneticfielddistributionarestudied,andtheoptimizationsuggestionsforthereactorstructureareproposed. 【Introduction】 Magnetic-controlledreactorsarewidelyusedinpowersystemapplications,suchaspowerfactorcorrection,voltageregulation,andharmonicsuppression.Themagneticcircuitstructureofthereactorgreatlyaffectstheperformanceofthereactor.Therefore,itisnecessarytostudythemagneticfielddistributioninthereactortooptimizeitsstructure. Inthisstudy,ANSYSsoftwareisusedtosimulatethemagneticfielddistributionofthemagnetic-controlledreactor.Thesimulationresultsareanalyzedtodeterminetheinfluenceofdifferentstructuralparametersonthemagneticfielddistribution. 【Methodology】 Themagnetic-controlledreactorismodeledusingANSYSsoftware.Thematerialpropertiesandparametersofthereactoraresetaccordingtopracticalconditions.Themagneticfielddistributioniscalculatedusingthefiniteelementmethod.Thesimulationmodelisadjustedtoobtainthebestaccuracyoftheresults. 【Results】 Thesimulationresultsshowthatthemagneticfluxdensitydistributionandmagneticfieldintensitydistributioninthemagnetic-controlledreactorareaffectedbythestructuralparameters,suchasthenumberofturns,thecross-sectionalareaofthecore,andtheairgaplength.Theoptimaldesignparametersareobtainedbyadjustingthestructuralparameters. 【Conclusion】 Themagneticfielddistributioninthemagnetic-controlledreactorisaffectedbythestructuralparameters.TheANSYSsimulationresultsprovideinformationontheoptimaldesignparametersofthereactor.Basedonthesimulationresults,itispossibletooptimizethemagneticcircuitstructureofthereactortoimproveitsperformance.
