工会保障视角下新生代农民工就业保障研究的中期报告
摘要：
本研究以工会保障视角为基础，针对新生代农民工就业保障问题进行研究，旨在探讨工会在新生代农民工就业保障中的作用和现状，分析新生代农民工就业保障遇到的问题及原因，并提出相应的对策和建议。本文采用问卷调查、比较分析和案例分析等方法进行研究，得出以下结论：一是目前工会在新生代农民工就业保障中的作用不够明显，需要加强组织建设和服务水平；二是新生代农民工在就业保障方面的需求基本得到满足，但在教育、医疗和住房等方面的保障还需进一步加强；三是新生代农民工就业保障问题的根源在于其流动性较强、文化水平较低、权利保障不足等，解决问题需要工会、政府和企业三方面共同协作，并加强宣传和教育。本研究提出了一些切实可行的对策和建议，旨在提高新生代农民工的就业保障水平和生活质量。

Abstract:
Basedontheperspectiveoftradeunionprotection,thisstudyfocusesontheemploymentprotectionissuesofthenewgenerationofmigrantworkers,aimingtoexploretheroleandcurrentsituationoftradeunionsintheemploymentprotectionofnewgenerationofmigrantworkers,analyzetheproblemsandthereasonstheyfaceinemploymentprotection,andproposecorrespondingstrategiesandsuggestions.Thispaperusesmethodssuchasquestionnairesurvey,comparativeanalysisandcaseanalysistoconductresearch,anddrawsthefollowingconclusions:First,theroleoftradeunionsintheemploymentprotectionofnewgenerationofmigrantworkersisnotobviousenough,andneedstostrengthenorganizationalconstructionandservicelevel.Second,theneedsofnewgenerationofmigrantworkersinemploymentprotectionhavebeenbasicallymet,butmoreeffortsneedtobemadeineducation,medicalcare,andhousingprotection.Third,therootcauseoftheemploymentprotectionproblemofnewgenerationofmigrantworkersliesintheirstrongmobility,loweducationallevel,andinadequateprotectionofrights.Solvingtheseproblemsrequiresthecooperationoftradeunions,governmentandenterprises,andthestrengtheningofpropagandaandeducation.Thisstudyproposessomepracticalstrategiesandsuggestions,aimingtoimprovetheemploymentprotectionlevelandlivingqualityofthenewgenerationofmigrantworkers.
