CNFsPEI复合材料薄膜的制备及介电性能研究的综述报告 Introduction Carbonnanofibers(CNFs)areanemergingclassofhigh-performancematerials,whichhavegainedtremendousattentionduetotheiruniquemechanical,electrical,andchemicalproperties.Thesepropertiesmakethemanexcellentcandidateforvariousapplicationsinthefieldsofelectronics,energystorage,andnanocomposites.However,usingCNFsalonecannotfulfillspecificdemandsduetothelimitedperformanceandstability.Therefore,researchisfocusedontheintegrationofCNFswithothermaterialstoenhancetheirpropertiesandexpandtherangeofapplications. OneofthemostpromisingmaterialsforCNFsintegrationispolyethylenimine(PEI),areadilyavailable,water-solublepolymerthathasexcellentcationicproperties,andcanformcomplexeswithCNFsthroughelectrostaticinteractions.ThispaperreviewstheprogressinthefabricationofCNF-PEIcompositesandtheirdielectricproperties. PreparationofCNF-PEIComposites TheprocessofCNF-PEIcompositepreparationinvolvesthreesignificantsteps-dispersionofCNF,mixingwithPEI,andcastingontoasubstrate. CNFdispersioncanbeachievedthroughtwomethods-surfactant-assisteddispersionandsolvent-assisteddispersion.Surfactant-assisteddispersionisastraightforwardmethodthatusesasurfactanttostabilizetheCNFsuspension.However,itproducescompositeswithlowerconductivitythansolvent-assisteddispersion.Solvent-assisteddispersion,ontheotherhand,usespolarsolventssuchasethanolandwatertoobtainauniformCNFsuspension,whichresultsinahigherconductivityofthecomposite. AfterCNFdispersion,PEIisaddedtothesuspensiontofacilitateelectrostaticinteractionbetweenCNFsandPEI.ThemixingprocessiscommonlyachievedbysonicationorstirringandshouldbedoneatarelativelylowconcentrationofPEItoavoidexcessivecrosslinkingandagglomerationofCNFs. Finally,themixtureiscastontoasubstrate,followedbydryingandannealingtoobtainauniformandstableCNF-PEIcompositethin-film.Varioussubstrates,includingsilicon,glass,andflexiblesubstrates,canbeusedforthispurpose.
