摘要
钢铁企业安全生产是保证企业不断发展的基石。安全是企业生产之本。众所周知，钢铁企业的生产过程极其复杂危险。现代钢铁企业随着生产设备与系统的不断改进与更新，事故发生率明显降低，但事故造成的损失与伤亡却逐步增加。由此可见，对于钢铁企业而言，安全生产任重而道远。
本文选定鞍山钢铁集团公司的安全生产管理作为研究对象，以鞍山钢铁集团公司员工伤亡状况作为出发点，统计分析2005~2014这十年间鞍山钢铁集团公司的伤亡事故，从中发现设备老化和人为操作不当的行为是事故主要原因。因此，结合安全生产管理理论，针对鞍山钢铁集团公司在安全生产管理方面存在的问题，提出了相应的解决对策。通过加强设备、运行及人员方面的管理，以达到完善鞍山钢铁集团公司安全生产管理制度，改善公司安全生产管理状况的目的。
文中从生产的安全意义入手，着重分析鞍山钢铁集团公司安全生产现状，在此基础上结合鞍山钢铁集团公司安全生产管理方面存在的问题提出了几点建议。

Abstract
Thesafetyproductionofironandsteelenterprisesisthefundamentalforkeepingcompanydevelopingcontinually.Safetyisthesoulofenterprise’sproduction.Itiswellknownthattheproductiveprocessofironandsteelenterpriseisextremelycomplexanddangerous.Astheimprovingoftheproductiveequipmentandsystemofcontemporaryironandsteelenterprise,thefrequencyofaccidentissignificantlydecreased,however,thedamagesandinjuresfromtheseaccidentsareincreasingly.Hence,itcanbeseenthatinthecaseofironandsteelenterprises,thereislongwaytogoforsafetyproduction.
ThispaperselectedthesafetyproductionmanagementofAnshanIronandSteelGroupCorporationastheresearchobject,choosetheemployees’casualtystatusasthestartingpoint,analysisthedecadeofcasualtyaccidentsfrom2005to2014.Itisconcludedthatpoormanagementandimpropermanualmanipulationisthemajorcausefromtheseaccidents.Therefore,withthetheoryofsafetyproductionmanagement,AnshanIronandSteelGroupCorporationforsafetyproductionmanagementproblemsputforwardthecorrespondingcountermeasures.Bystrengtheningequipment,operationandpersonnelaspectsofmanagement,inordertoachievethesafetymanagementsystemperfectofAnshanIronandSteelGroupCorporationandimprovethesafetyofthecompany'sproductionmanagementpurposes.
Thispaperstartingfromthesignificanceofsafetyproduction,emphaticallyanalyzedthesafetyproductivestatusofAnshanIronandSteelGroupCorporation,combiningthesebasicsituationwiththecurrentproblemsexistsonsafetyproductionmanagementmodel,finallygivesomeadvicebelow.
