基于频域介电谱法的变压器油纸绝缘老化特性研究的中期报告 Abstract Tostudytheagingcharacteristicsoftransformeroil-paperinsulation,frequencydomaindielectricspectroscopyisemployedtomeasurethedielectricpropertiesofoil-paperinsulationsamples.Thesamplesareagedunderdifferenttemperatureandmoistureconditions.Inthismid-termreport,theexperimentalsetupandmethodologyarepresented,andthepreliminaryresultsobtainedsofarareanalyzedanddiscussed. Introduction Transformeroil-paperinsulationiswidelyusedinpowertransformersduetoitsexcellentelectricalinsulationproperties.However,theinsulationsystemissubjectedtovariousagingmechanismsduringservice,whichmayleadtoinsulationdegradationandeventuallytransformerfailure.Therefore,itisessentialtostudytheagingcharacteristicsoftransformeroil-paperinsulation. Dielectricspectroscopyisapowerfultoolforstudyingthedielectricpropertiesofmaterialsoverawidefrequencyrange.Inparticular,frequencydomaindielectricspectroscopy(FDS)canprovideinformationonthepolarizationandconductionmechanismsofinsulatingmaterials. ExperimentalSetupandMethodology Inthisstudy,oil-paperinsulationsampleswerepreparedbyimpregnatingpaperwithtransformeroil.Thesampleswereagedinanovenunderdifferenttemperatureandmoistureconditions.Theagingtimerangedfrom0to3000hours. AFDSsystemwasusedtomeasurethecomplexpermittivityofthesamplesoverafrequencyrangefrom10^-2Hzto1MHz.Thesystemconsistsofacomputer-controlledLCRmeter,asignalgenerator,andatemperature-controlledchamber.TheLCRmetermeasurestheimpedanceofthesample,andthesignalgeneratorprovidesthesinusoidalvoltagesignal.Thetemperature-controlledchambermaintainsthesampleataconstanttemperatureduringthemeasurement. PreliminaryResultsandAnalysis Figure1showstherealpart(ε')andimaginarypart(ε'')ofthecomplexpermittivityasafunctionoffrequencyforasampleagedat120°Cand90%relativehumidityfordifferentagingtimes.Thedataareplottedonalogarithmicscale.Itcanbeseenthatbothε'andε''increasewithagingtime,indicatinganincreaseintheconductivityofthesample.
