竖直矩形窄缝通道内过冷流动沸腾的实验研究与数值模拟的中期报告 Abstract: Thisreportprovidesamid-termreviewofaresearchprojectthatinvestigatestheboilingflowofsubcooledliquidsinanarrowverticalrectangularchannel.Thestudyincludesbothexperimentalresearchandnumericalsimulations,aimingtoexplorethemechanismsandcharacteristicsoftheboilingflowinthechannel.Theresearchisofgreatsignificanceforthedesignandoptimizationofnuclearsafetysystems. Introduction: Boilingflowiswidelyencounteredinnuclearpowersystems,anditscharacteristicsandmechanismshavecriticalimplicationsforsystemsafety.Inanarrowverticalrectangularchannel,theboilingflowisstronglyinfluencedbythechannelgeometry,fluidproperties,andheattransferconditions.Previousstudieshaveshowncomplexphenomena,includingflowinstability,vaporbubbledetachment,andinterfacialheattransferenhancement.However,thereisstillalackofcomprehensiveunderstandingaboutthefundamentalmechanismsandphenomena.Toaddresstheseissues,thecurrentresearchprojecthasbeeninitiated,whichaimstoinvestigatetheboilingflowofsubcooledliquidsinanarrowverticalrectangularchannel.Bothexperimentalresearchandnumericalsimulationsareconductedtoachievetheresearchobjectives. ExperimentalResearch: Theexperimentalstudyiscarriedoutusingacustom-builttestfacilitythatcansimulatetheboilingflowinanarrowverticalrectangularchannel.Thefacilityconsistsofanaluminumchannelof40mmwidth,1.5mlength,and3mmthickness,whichisheatedbyanelectricalheaterunderaconstantheatflux.Thefluidissuppliedthroughahigh-pressurepumpandtheinlettemperatureandpressurearecontrolledbyatemperatureandpressurecontroller.Thetestsectionisequippedwithmultiplesensors,includingathermocoupletomeasurethewalltemperatureandpressuretransducerstomonitorthepressuredropacrossthechannel.High-speedcamerasarealsoemployedtocapturetheevolutionandbehaviorofthevaporbubbles.
