摘要

Abstract
Thispaperstudiedtheparkingprobleminhigh-riseresidentialcommunitiesinTianjin.Throughfieldresearchandliteraturereview,theproblemsandsolutionsofparkingmanagementinTianjin'shigh-riseresidentialcommunitiesarediscussed.Thestudyfound:
1.High-riseresidentialcommunitiesinTianjinhaveinsufficientparkingspaces,resultingindifficultiesinparkinganddisorderlyparking;
2.Atpresent,parkingmanagementinhigh-riseresidentialcommunitiesinTianjinlacksuniformstandards,supervision,enforcement,andintelligentmanagement;
3.Measurestosolvetheparkingproblemsinhigh-riseresidentialcommunitiesinTianjinincludeincreasingparkingspaces,intelligentparkingmanagement,andimprovingparkingmanagementsystems.
Thisresearchalsoproposesspecificsuggestionstosolvetheparkingprobleminhigh-riseresidentialcommunitiesinTianjin,includingmethodsandtechnicalmeanstoincreaseparkingspaces,establishmentofintelligentparkingsystems,improvementofparkingmanagementsystem,andstrengtheningparkingenforcement.Thesesuggestionscaneffectivelyimprovetheparkingmanagementlevelofhigh-riseresidentialcommunitiesinTianjin,enhancethesustainabilityandintelligenceofcommunitymanagement.
