Researchobjectives Themainobjectivesofthisstudyareasfollows: 1.Toestablishacross-scalesimulationmodelforthelubricationstatusofthecylinderlinerandpistonringunderdifferentoperatingconditions,andtoevaluatetheaccuracyandeffectivenessofthemodelthroughcomparisonwithexperimentaldata. 2.Todevelopatestingmethodformeasuringthelubricationstatusofthecylinderlinerandpistonringintheenginerunningstate,andtoverifytheaccuracyandreliabilityofthemethodthroughcomparisonwithsimulationresultsandexperimentaldata. 3.Toanalyzetheinfluenceofdifferentfactorsonthelubricationstatusofthecylinderlinerandpistonring,andtoproposeoptimizationstrategiesforimprovingtheperformanceandservicelifeoftheengine. Researchcontentsandmethods Theresearchcontentsandmethodsofthisstudyaredescribedasfollows: 1.Establishmentofcross-scalesimulationmodel: Basedonthetribologytheory,theprincipleandmechanismoflubricationforthecylinderlinerandpistonringwillbeanalyzed,andthecross-scalesimulationmodelwillbeestablishedusingthecomputationalfluiddynamics(CFD)methodandthediscreteelementmethod(DEM)method.Thesimulationmodelwillincludeagasflowmodel,alubricantflowmodel,andacontactmodelbetweenthepistonringandcylinderliner.Aseriesofsimulationexperimentswillbecarriedouttoevaluatetheaccuracyandeffectivenessofthemodel. 2.D
