Objectives: Theobjectiveofthisresearchistoexploretheapplicationofassociationruleanalysisinspatialdataminingandtoimprovetheaccuracyandefficiencyoftheanalysis.Thespecificobjectivesare: 1.Toreviewthedevelopmentandcurrentstatusofassociationruleanalysisandspatialdatamining,andidentifythechallengesandopportunitiesinthefield. 2.Toinvestigatetheexistingalgorithmsandtechniquesforassociationruleanalysisinspatialdatamining,andevaluatetheirstrengthsandweaknesses. 3.Toproposeanimprovedalgorithmforassociationruleanalysisinspatialdataminingbasedontheidentifiedchallengesandopportunities. 4.Toimplementtheproposedalgorithmandconductexperimentsonreal-worldspatialdatasetstoevaluateitsperformanceintermsofaccuracyandefficiency. 5.Todemonstratetheapplicationofassociationruleanalysisinspatialdataminingthroughcasestudiesinareassuchasurbanplanning,transportationmanagement,andenvironmentalmonitoring.
