Thisresearchaimstoexploretheapplicationofvaluechainincorporateinvestmentdecision-makingandevaluatetheeffectivenessofthismethod.Basedonliteraturereviewandcaseanalysis,thisstudybelievesthatvaluechaincanbeeffectivelyappliedtocorporateinvestmentdecision-making.Itcanhelpcompaniesidentifytheadvantagesanddisadvantagesintheproductionandsalesprocess,andprovideimportantreferenceforcompaniestodevelopcorrespondingstrategiesandinvestmentdecisions.Inaddition,theapplicationofvaluechaincanhelpcompaniesanalyzetheoverallcompetitiveenvironmentoftheirindustry,improvetheircompetitivenessandprofitlevel.Thenextstepofthisresearchwillbeempiricalresearchtocomprehensivelyevaluatetheapplicationeffectofvaluechainincorporateinvestmentdecision-making.
